Balloon Inflation

On Thanksgiving eve every year the balloons for the Thanksgiving Day parade are inflated in the streets around the American Museum of Natural History. Two years ago I braved the crowds after work and headed down with my camera. It was VERY crowded and difficult to take many photos. The one thing I remember from it was how HUGE the balloons really are. Seeing them on TV growing up do not do justice to the sheer size of these things. Watching the parade was a tradition for my mom and I so it was a special treat to see the balloons up close and personal. I hope my parents will come to see them with me one year while we are living in the neighborhood.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
